we would like to introduce you to our Taster’s Atelier, a kind of ‘learning’ kitchen. Here, we will offer a wide variety of cooking classes specially create for different groups of people, including teens between the ages of 7 and 10, young adults heading off to college or university and couples looking for a ‘date night’. These classes will address subjects such as kitchen safety, kitchen etiquette, knife basics, dietary cooking (i.e. gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan) and major religious diets as well as an introduction to meats and vegetables, preparing stocks and broths and building your own charcuterie board. We will also be offering various “specialty” events during the months of September, October and November, including classes on mixology, charcuterie, barista and wine tasting, so please visit our website to learn about specific dates and times.
